Mediation Exhibit Uploading is Here |

The WCA ECF (Electronic Case Filing) website now allows for the
upload of .PDF mediation exhibits for mandatory production in active cases
that have not held a mediation conference. As per rule 5a, please submit
mediation exhibits five days prior to the mediation date.

Access to InActive cases |
|
The WCA ECF now allows access to active and inactive cases.
With the implementation of the new My Efile system there is a necessity to allow
access to inactive (administratively closed) cases here at the WCA. If a
case has been closed within the last five years you will now be able to access
pleadings for the case via the "View All InActive" button on the My Cases tab. |
